Ceri Lee Yoga teacher in Ruthin, North Wales
Ceri has a wealth of experience teaching yoga and she has inspired others to become yoga teachers, I think because of the heightened awareness and compassion in her work. She runs the Yoga Light Centre in Ruthin, North Wales and offers general Hatha yoga classes in her beautiful studio as well as specialised breath yoga workshops, online courses, mid-life mentoring and women's circles. Ceri also runs soul nourishing yoga retreats in Wales, the Lake District and in the Mediterranean. She is a published author with regular articles in Om Yoga and Menopause Matters magazines. Ceri was able to transform Essex Red Tents into new life as Roaming Red Tent, an online women's circle with Katja Lea Schmitt-Eschle and myself, a remarkable achievement in the difficult days of the pandemic, but Ceri's knowledge of meditation and guiding others in healing as well as her skill as an organiser and in bringing people together was fundamental to its success.
